Ravens Celebration Smoothie

  • 1 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple, coarsely chopped and seeds removed
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 handful of ice (optional)


Place the spinach and water in a blender. Blend.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
