Fruit Smoothie

This quick and easy smoothie is delicious and packed with nutrition!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberry
  • 1/4 cup of purple grapes
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk (or almond, coconut, or rice milk)

Directions

Place all ingredients into the blender. Blend and enjoy!
